On Saturday, August 19, 2023, Assemblymember David Alvarez will partner with local businesses and community organizations to host the 80th Assembly District Back to School Backpack Drive, at the Logan Memorial Education Campus (10:00 am to 1:00 pm). Students will receive free backpacks and school supplies to prepare for the upcoming school year.
RSVP is required to give students and families an equal opportunity to receive free backpacks and school supplies. For further information, please email mayra.hernandez@asm.ca.gov.
